Tiles supply only, from our Doagh tile showroom

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Isabella Bathroom Design & Tile Boutique supplies tiles supply-only from our showroom at 10 Ballyclare Road, Doagh, BT39 0PE, a short drive from Ballyclare, Antrim and Newtownabbey. We have hundreds of tiles on display and specialise in large-format porcelain. Most tiles are supplied within 3–7 working days, with next-day supply on selected tiles. Come and see them in person, then ask us to quote your tiles.

How do you choose tiles? Our order of decisions

  1. Where is the tile going? Floor, wall, inside a shower, or outdoors. This decides the tile body, finish and slip resistance you need.

  2. What size suits the room? Bigger tiles mean fewer grout lines, but they need a flatter surface and a tiler used to handling them.

  3. Which finish? Matt, satin, lappato (semi-polished) or polished. Matt is the practical choice for most floors; polished gives the most shine on walls.

  4. Which look? Stone, marble, concrete, wood-effect or patterned. Seeing full-size tiles side by side in the showroom is much easier than choosing from a screen.

  5. What else is needed? Adhesive, grout, tanking (waterproofing) and trims are on most jobs. Order them with your tiles so nothing holds up your tiler.

  6. Measure and get a quote. Bring your measurements or a plan, and we will work out the boxes and quote your tiles.

What size tile is right for my room?

These are the sizes we supply most often. Our most popular is 60x120 cm.

  • 60x120 cm: open-plan floors, kitchens and walk-in shower walls, with fewer grout lines. Watch out for: needs a flat floor or wall and an experienced tiler; heavier to handle.

  • 60x60 cm: kitchens, hallways and bathroom floors. Watch out for: plan the layout so you do not end up with thin cuts at doorways.

  • 30x90 cm: bathroom walls and feature walls. Watch out for: decide the joint pattern (straight or offset) before tiling starts.

  • 80x80, 90x90 and 100x100 cm: larger floors and open spaces. Watch out for: the floor must be level; allow extra for cuts.

  • Cosentino® surfaces: very large format, made to order. Watch out for: special order from Spain, typically 3–5 weeks.

Which tile finish should I choose?

  • Matt: the most practical for floors, kitchens and hallways; hides marks well.

  • Satin: a soft sheen that still works on many floors.

  • Lappato (semi-polished): a gentle shine with more texture than polished.

  • Polished: the most reflective and best on walls; can be slippery on wet floors.

What do you need in place before you buy tiles?

  • Measurements of each area in metres (length x width), added together.

  • About 10% extra for cuts and breakages (15% for diagonal or herringbone layouts).

  • A tiler booked. We can introduce you to trusted local fitters and tilers.

  • A flat, sound surface, and tanking planned for showers and wet rooms.

  • Adhesive, grout, tanking and trims ordered with your tiles.

  • Collection from our Doagh showroom, or carrier delivery (ask for a quote).

  • Payment: all orders are paid in full before supply.

What do people get wrong when buying tiles?

  • Ordering too few. Buy everything, including spares, in one order so the tiles match.

  • Choosing polished tiles for a wet floor. Pick matt or satin where people walk with wet feet.

  • Forgetting the prep kit. Missing adhesive, grout, tanking or trims can stop a job for days.

  • Leaving it too late. Allow 3–7 working days for most tiles, and 3–5 weeks for Cosentino.

Which tile ranges can I see in the showroom?

  • Large-format porcelain wall and floor tiles (60x120 cm is our most popular size)

  • Porcelain and ceramic floor tiles for kitchens, hallways and bathrooms

  • Wall tiles in gloss, matt, satin and textured finishes

  • Wood-effect, marble-effect, stone-effect and concrete-effect tiles

  • Patterned and encaustic-style tiles, and mosaics

  • 20mm outdoor porcelain paving, all R11 slip rated: see outdoor porcelain paving

  • Tile adhesive, grout, tanking and trims

  • Cosentino® surfaces: we are an authorised Cosentino seller (special order, made in Spain, typically 3–5 weeks)

Do you sell tiles to the trade?

Yes. Tilers, builders, landscapers and developers are welcome: ask about trade pricing. All orders, trade included, are paid in full before supply.

Tiles: frequently asked questions
